And yet, no matter their age, your child will always be your baby. 🥰
Last month, we celebrated my son Austin’s 30th birthday at our new home in South Lake Tahoe. 🎉🎉

All he wanted was simple: family, time together, and being present in the moment.
✨ We laughed.
✨ We played.
✨ We told old stories.

And I watched my son—a man, and now a father—still light up the same way he did when he was little.
That struck me.

Because it’s the same lesson I carry into my work:
✅ Career is important.
✅ Family is important.

But real fulfillment comes when you don’t have to trade one for the other.
That has been my greatest measure of success—being fully present in both places:
✅ Delivering results for clients.
✅ Showing up wholeheartedly for the people I love.
